Welcome to your CEOExpress Blog

Welcome to CEOExpressions!

First of all, don't get overwhelmed. This is really easy, it is just really new for you. Deep breath. Take a few minutes and read the FAQs and watch the demos, Patricia will walk you through every step.

Second of all, this is far more than a blog. You don't even have to write a blog. Your Expressions page can just be links or RSS feeds or anything you want. Check out all the different types of content under all the tables that Patricia has on her page. She has a blog, a news tab, a links tab and more:

Let's get started! We've done some of the work to get you started, but there are still a few things you need to do. (note: there is a demo for each of these on the demo page.)
  1. Your Blog Appearance
You can set a theme (graphic and color scheme) for your blog, that will be different than the theme for the rest of your CEOExpressions page. To set this, click the EDIT link on the tab for your Blog. You can also change the page name and tagline for your blog, which will not effect the rest of the page.
  2. Your Left Menu
We've added a calendar and some other links to your menu. You can remove these, or add your own elements to this section, including links nuggets. To make changes to your left menu, click the EDIT link in the upper right corner of the left menu.
  3. Start Posting
You can create your own posts at any time. Just click the Add Blog Post link at the top of the blog. You can edit any post by clicking the Edit This Blog Post at the top of the post. See Demo
  4. Get Rid of This Post
You'll probably want to remove this post, so it will not appear as part of your blog when you turn it on. To do so, just click the Edit This Blog Post link at the top of the post and choose to Delete. Don't worry, you can find all of this information in the CEOExpressions FAQs.
  5. Turn Your Blog On
Are you ready for the public to see this? You can turn it on by clicking the red light in the tab for your blog, which will turn green. (Don't worry if your CEOExpressions page is protected by a password, only those people with access to the rest of your page will be able to see your blog.)
  6. More Information
For more information on what you can do with your blog, please see the Your Blog page in the CEOExpressions FAQs (linked at the top of this page when in Admin Mode).
Good luck, and Happy Blogging!
